Text size is a percentage of photo width; logo size is the percentage occupied by its width. Using relative sizes makes batch watermarks scale with each photo. Long text or tall logos can exceed the photo; reduce the size when validation asks.
Edge margin is a percentage of the shorter photo edge. The tool reduces margins when necessary to keep the watermark inside the image. Center placement ignores the edge margin. Text uses a browser sans-serif font, a chosen color, and an optional dark shadow.
A watermark labels a copy but does not establish ownership, prevent screenshots, or stop editing. Keep original files and use only text or logos you have permission to reproduce. Check that the mark does not hide details that matter to viewers.
